The first meeting

First, your client care manager meets you at your home to discover what you’re looking for. This first conversation is crucial. In it, we ask you “why?” and explore your vision for the project. Then, we make our recommendations. You will receive a design proposal and video before meeting with a designer.

Presenting 3D concepts & budget

Point of contact: Designer

Next, you’ll have a kickoff meeting with our design team where we go deeper and clarify your vision for your project. They’ll present their initial design to you in 3D concepts with an outline of the budget for the project.

Revisions & detailed quote

Point of contact: Designer

After revisions, you have the opportunity to take another walk through an immersive 3D view of your new landscape. We then provide you with an itemized quote that goes into detail on our installation practices, the materials we’ll be using and your warranty information. We can also provide you with a 2D construction drawing or planting plan at an additional cost.

Final approvals

Point of contact: Client Care Manager

Once we’ve finalized the design and budget, your client care manager meets with you. In the weeks leading up to the project, they confirm everything and make sure you know what to expect. You will also be contacted by your project manager, who will communicate with you and your neighbours about the work that we’ll be doing and the approximate time we’ll be on-site. During this step, we look after all of the necessary permits and paperwork.

Work begins!

During the build, your project manager will touch base with you daily, whether on-site, by email or by text message.

Project review & walkthrough

When we complete your project, we walk you through the finished product with one of our team members. During this walkthrough, you can voice any questions or concerns you might have.
