What’s covered
The 10-Year Comprehensive Warranty applies to the landscape features, designed and installed by Vandenberg, including:
• Plants, trees, and shrubs
• Pavers, patios, and walkways
• Retaining walls
• Synthetic turf
• Irrigation systems
• Aquascape water features
Coverage protects against defects in materials and installation workmanship, ensuring these elements continue to function as designed over time.
Regular Landscape Inspections
Built-in oversight & inspections
As part of maintaining warranty coverage, your landscape benefits from ongoing oversight, including:
• Plant health inspections
• Annual site condition inspections with written reports
• Structural inspections of retaining walls
• Irrigation system inspections and winterization
• Mechanical inspections of water features, including pumps & filters
These inspections exist to proactively care for your landscape, so it can be enjoyed for decades to come.
Extended Warranty Exclusions
What this warranty is (and isn’t)
This warranty is designed to protect against defects in installation and materials while supporting the natural aging and evolution of your landscape.
It does not cover:
• Damage caused by extreme weather or natural disasters
• Pest or wildlife damage not mitigated through proper care
• Unauthorized alterations or third-party work
• Neglect outside of scheduled Property Care services
